OP you're dull very dull. In Literacy rate Delta is above Enugu so stop this trash. So because Imo have a high level of professors they are intelligent? Enugu and Imo are one of the lowest Revenue Generating states in Nigeria in the South East. In the South in General Imo is rock bottom |
