Okay. Thank you for clarifying the incorrect assertion that Kebbi is NC. Kebbi is North West so perhaps you too need to do some more Additional reading seeing that you incorrectly said North East. However If you look at the two states marked with a black cross, Niger State (in Orange) and Kebbi State (in purple) have boundaries with Benin Republic. Agreed Kebbi state Boundary with Benin is "small". But it is a boundary
