20BN can set up a mass production factory which can improve employment for the parents in other to be able to afford school fees for the children or indirectly kick start a free education programme for primary.

Education is free in the north but ignorantly some decide not to send their children to school. Again, some give birth to number of children they cannot take care off. Ignorance is the major issue. The children from the south who live in kano are going to school right in kano. The issue is not absence of schools but ignorance. Ganduje is performing far better than many of the governors in the south.

Then the funds should be deployed in discouraging the populace from uncontrolled birthing.. because more uncontrolled population would only destroy over-used infrastructures.

That is the result of ignorance. When a man is having 42 children how would he handle them? A girl start giving birth at age 13 . I heard of a lady that was in the labour room with her grandmother both giving birth at the same time.
