The honourable Governor of Ebonyi state, David Umahi expressed shock and amazement shortly after 15 Igbo residents from his state were attacked by alleged fulani herdsmen. He complained bitterly saying that he has always called for peace to reign between the herdsmen and farmers in Ebonyi but some group of wicked herders sought to take the lives of some innocent people. However, the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria have just sent a strong warning and advice to the Governor of Ebonyi State as regards the killings experienced in his region.

However, the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, MACBAN have sent a strong message to the Ebonyi state and federal governments stating that these fulani herdsmen should be punished immediately. The Zonal Chairman representing the group in the Southeast revealed this via Daily Post news today as they expressed their deep condolences to the families whose relatives were killed. The Chairman therefore urged the security operatives to conduct a thorough investigation in order to find out the perpetrators of these killings in Ebonyi state.

This is what we need in order to see Nigeria grow economically, morally, interms of security, in love, happiness and harmony.
