There is no week that at least 50 "yahoo boys" aren't arrested, and yet the numbers aren't reducing. Something is wrong somewhere.
arresting 50 per week will add up to about 2600 in a year. Considering that millions of our youth are into yahoo, the number of arrest is stil very small to make any noticeable differnce.
