Breast pumps are tools for extracting milk by a nursing mother which are then bottle-fed to their babies. It could address obstacles to exclusive breastfeeding such as:

1. Pressure of work resumption for career mothers.

2. Medical conditions such as inverted nipples.

3. Not breastfeeding at all for fear of developing saggy breasts.

Although this device has been around for a longtime and the first was patented in 1854, its safety and effectiveness is still been debated.

So please share your experience with this device. How has it helped you in adopting exclusive breastfeeding practice? What challenges have you faced while using this device?
