In the spirit of Easter celebration, Imo Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon AmaraChyna Iwuanyanwu gifts a brand new 3 bedroom apartment to Mrs Joyce, a relative and widow who hails from Amuzi, Dim Na Nume-Isu Nwangele LGA, Imo state.

Before the surprise gift, Mrs Joyce have lived all her life in a thatched mud house before the prompt intervention Amara Iwuanyanwu who never relent in exercising the mandate bestowed upon him by his teaming Constituents.

This show of kindness and love have relieved the widow the stress and sufferings accompanied with leaky Palm thatch encountered especially during the rainy season.

Mrs Joyce was full of joy today as she offered words of prayers to Amara Iwuanyanwu for changing her story when all hope was lost.

Iwuayanwu in response, reminded all who witnessed the handover that Easter is a time to reflect on the sacrifices paid by our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary; It is a time of renewed hope of a new life and of new beginnings.

Finally he urged all to emulate the life of Christ by laying down our life's for others, especially those in need. He reminded us of God's Promise to the generous in Psalm 41:1–3, "Blessed is the one who considers the poor! In the day of trouble the Lord delivers him; the Lord protects him and keeps him alive; he is called blessed in the land; you do not give him up to the will of his enemies. The Lord sustains him on his sickbed; in his illness you restore him to full health.".
