When you let a thief who stole ten(10) Naira without punishment tommorow he will come for hundred (100) Naira.
That thief that stole your 10 Naira will be celebrated by his family and some of his friends if they are not Educated enough.
The freinds of the thief will help him with additional tactics to steal more,

....with time, mark my words ! That thief will became a very strong arm robber that is able to attack every one. at that time he has money and resources (informants) that who ever will go against him/them will be delt with definitely.

By then that arm robber will start to launch his attacks on Security personnels just to weaken everybody's voice.

If things got out-of hand the government will strictly intervene with more troops in the house or town of that arm robber because at that time the dwellers that are used to support him are majorly the victims of that arm robber's activity.

If any body submit any information that may lead to arrest of that arm robber or his boys he will be find and executed by them.

The government will also claimed that people are not helping her to curve the menace by partially letting the arm robber to dealt with their People.

until when people are completely ready to provide security on themselves a government alone cannot.

as we're getting rid of security challenges on our land some are ready to launch it.
