Following the complaints by many prospective JAMB candidates for the 2020 UTME over the inability to access JAMB ePIN, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has taking a step to reduce the stress of purchasing the ePIN by allowing candidates to pay for the JAMB ePIN using online platform from the comfort of their homes without having to go to the banks.

This was contained in a statement released by the board’s Head of Media, Dr Fabian.
According to him the most of the candidates had to queue as early as 2 -3am in some cases just to get the JAMB ePINs, This is cumbersome and frustrating. Some times they wait the whole day without still getting the JAMB ePIN due to inability of JAMB officials to access the site. Even those that succeed getting the JAMB ePIN are faced with registering at the over crowded registration centres.
