Liverpool’s 3-1 loss to Real Madrid was not well received, with Jurgen Klopp criticizing the use of the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano rather than the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, but the German coach will now be given a model of the training ground.

Before the game, Klopp said that it was a training ground and that it was odd for his team to play in such a venue, stating that the second leg would be held at a realm stadium, referring to Anfield.

“We are proud to play for Alfredo Di Stefano,” explained Zinedine Zidane after the full-time whistle.

Following the controversy, the company that makes the official Di Stefano models, Eleven Force, have decided to send the Liverpool coach a 3D model of the Valdebebas stadium.

“We know that Jurgen is a guy with a great sense of humour and he will welcome this with good humour,” Jose Guerrero, head of Eleven Force, declared.

“In addition, we will also send him a model of the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano to serve as a souvenir of the Champions League he won in 2019.

“Finally, we’ll send a copy of Son Moix for when, he decides to come and coach Real Mallorca.”
