This conversation was from the 2002 James Bond movie “Die Another Day” where the movie villain was discrediting the need for a quality sleep, which unfortunately seems to be the ethos of the jet-age.

In a this fast paced world of ours, the importance of sleep cannot be overemphasized as research has shown that sleep, memory, creativity and concentration are all connected. This explains why a lot of fortune 500 companies like Google allow their employees to sleep on the job when they have to. In fact in Japan it is culturally accepted to sleep on duty.

We have established that sleep is important, so how do you make sure you want to get the best out of your sleep time? Have you tried eucalyptus?

Eucalyptus, is a called “nkwuishi” in the Igbo dialect and “mai” in Hausa. It is a tree that has oil that has major medicinal abilities, if you are experiencing restlessness, dizziness and narcolepsy, this oil is a natural remedy.
