Emiwill: I no dey joke. (Lol, my attempt at pidgin)
I’m Black American, 28, currently in school for my masters, and if that doesn’t kill me, then I will pursue my Ph.D in Psychology next.
I have dated a lot of African men in the U.S. and I have lots of Nigerian friends here in America (yorubas and igbos).
While I have a lot more to learn, I think I know quite a bit about Nigerian culture: your food (egusi soup, jollof rice and so on), how you treat your women, how you dress, your music (Davido, Wizkid, 2Face, Psquare, MI, Teni), etc.
Criteria: -Must be 5’8ft or taller -Must be beautifully very dark (e,g, Yaya Toure) -I like very hardworking, educated and intelligent men. Should have a Bachelors degree from Nigeria and Must be willing to pursue a US STEM graduate degree (Masters and/or PhD), but don’t expect me to pay for it. Most schools offer scholarships and assistantships to students and you must be willing to work hard to earn one. - Should NOT have a Nigerian wife or kids - Should be 28-33 years old
Hobbies: I like to cook but I hate to do the dishes. My favorite African food to cook and eat is Egusi soup and pounded yam (I’m not the best, but I try).
While I do like African men, I’m not an African woman. I’m as American as they come.
I know there will be lots of trolls and frankly I don’t care.
Hello. Kindly view my profile.. If you like what you see.. We could communicate further via other means.. I fit into your description though I am not as dark as yaya toure.

hit me up if you can. I live in Dubai though....so we can link up there too.
Well if you’re one of those juvenile and immature boys, please seek entertainment elsewhere. Finding love is not as fun as we adults make it look. Enjoy your youth. Your time will come.
So I was wrong to offer a sensible explanation just to spare you the trouble from trolls on this forum and all I get from a useless ingrate like you is that I'm immature.
I honestly think the guys in this forum are correct to say that most of you ladies don't deserve any kind of kindness from men.
And to think that someone like you is actually looking for a life partner. I pity the unlucky man.

I saw from your previous post that they've scammed you before, it's like you haven't learnt your lesson
Nice! I’m in Texas. Specifically, DFW area. A long ways from California.
Hey! I'm in Texas as well. Not looking to date (26 yr old and looking to move from the south soon anyway) but if you wanted one more Nigerian friend in the area or someone to vouch for you, I could probably recognize the southern accent if you have it on a phone call.
Needless to say, I don't need your money either if that's your worry.
LordHiffy: None of your Nigerian friends meet your criteria?
Solomon, is that you? Lololol
The truth is that of course some of them meet this very basic criteria, but it takes more than that to make a relationship work. I have been told I am too picky, but we’ll see.

Ahhh once again you visit my post. I was trying to be nice before, but I see I really should have just spoken my mind. You said I wrote in the wrong section for only immature boys would be over here, but yet here YOU are hence my response. I don’t need you to mansplain anything to me.
I’m sure you would agree with those men and unfortunately, I have no pity for any woman you come across because I’m sure no one would give you the chance which is why you’re so bitter.

Hanty I demanded nothing from you and I took nothing from you. If I knew you were one of the lunatics on this forum I wouldn't bother.
Now I know why nairaland romance section is filled with bitter break up stories. When monsters like you get into relationships there can only be one outcome. Again I pity the man.

Sorry you had to go through making a video. As you might have read/heard, there's probably a higher level of distrust of unfamiliar people in Nigeria because of past stories and experiences.
Hope you find what you're looking for now that people can believe you!

Hmm why is your YouTube channel called Mr Obi? Are you the wife of an Igbo man? Also I see you uploaded a video of a white man who was scammed by Yahoo boys, interesting.

She might be real but it doesn't mean she's not working with a scammer. Or is it "picker" they call them

OMG. I can’t win with you guys. Someone literally just asked me if I was married. That’s awful. First, I made a video instead of just sending a picture of my view outside. Second, I don’t know how to upload videos to YouTube so my friend was kind enough to upload it for me. He likes comedy hence his choice of videos. Third, The Naija women can have y’all. I’ll just wait till I meet more Nigerians that are already here because this is just dumb.

You haven't checked your mail, please do. I replied you already there.
Lol it's not the traditional southern drawl. Please don't judge me haha. Though to be fair, I moved from the east coast a couple of years ago and have come to realize the big Texas cities have a mix of people from everywhere so, y'all's accent is all over the place
It's so fascinating visiting the more rural Texas cities or even in Louisiana, comparing people in New Orleans to like Lafayette area.
