So went to the market this morning and sampled opinions of my fellow Igbos.

The consensus is this: Anything that will bring securty of Igbos is welcome but until the ebubeaturu goes inside the forest and disloges fulani herdsmen, they will not support it.

So I don't think ebubeaturu will be very popular. People are already threatening to attack them if they miss road and venture into our markets or harrass people in towns.

Let's see how this plays out.

The ebubeewu will only get support when they chase Fulani herders away from east if not, na villagers go finish them, ESN no go even talk to them.
