Twitter's Jack would be very stupid if he had brought his company's HQ to Nigeria where known terrorists are running the gov't and insecurity and bloodshed is their deliberate policy and definition of progress. Yes, the shithole country have the highest number of Twitter users in Africa and in most other countries of the world but that does not guarantee business security and welfare, remember, a well known terrorist and supporter of terrorism in Nigeria by name Adamu Garba once attacked Twitter and even filed a useless suit against the tech giant. So, how can Jack see all these things and still bring his company's HQ to Nigeria? Impossible.
