Hello guys! i just discovered there's oil in the land i recently bought , am just wondering how to go about it in order to cash out with it.

Get a building plan for approval,then apply for C OF O.

When you submit your plan for approval,after approval is done by town planning office,apply through them for certificate of occupancy. It's a legal entity.

If government is taking over the land they must settle you.
But without C OF O..... I doubt it.

First how do you know it's oil.

If you are right. Acquired that land with all properly with all documents intant.


Next you can get a licence, but this will be too expensive,

Or you enter a deal with company that has the licence to. Then follow next steps as it comes.
