Do you know that agency has not crash landed any attempt to space?

Senator Ezenwa Onyewuchi seconds.

Senator Uche Ekwunife lays and presents the report.
“I am a member of this Committee. I was the pioneer Director General of this agency where I served for ten years. Dr. Shaba is capable of re-engineering the agency and bringing back its lost glory.”

For those shouting Northern up and down, answer the questions below, and extract of the post has been reproduced above.

Who recommend him to Senate for confirmation?

Who second the confirmation?

If dude was selected based on merit, best of luck. However, why has it always been the North since the reign of Buhari? Buhari seems to have gone totally insane. He doesn't know what's right or wrong anymore.
The report says a lot abt his appointment. Out of more than 600 MDAs more than 400 are headed by Southerners. The insensitive and dangerous game we play is when a Northerner is appointed they call him quota system but when otherwise they call it meritorious appointment. The dangerous media reporting and bias in Nigeria is the current reporting of all Northern based appointments made by PMB while omitting Southern appointments just to heat the polity. To prove my assertion, why all southern appointments made by PMB are not reported neither in Nairaland or other media houses? Below is the list of PMB appointments from 2016-2020 which has more Southerners than Northerners:
