Help me out here guys. My brakes have been acting like they are about to fail lately (not that it doesn't stop when applied but extra force has to be applied) I brought it to our company's mechanic to help me check it out and this was the result in the picture below, he said he needs to get a new one for 20k, isn't it an overkill?
