Isa Pantami & NIMC Registration: Are We Still Safe ? by NaijaMutant(f): 9:15am On Apr 18, 2021 |
The minister of Communication and Digital Economy has just confirmed the widespread rumour of his sympathy to terrorists organization such as Alqaeda, Taliban and Alshabab. https://www.nairaland.com/6511567/pantami-changed-several-positions-taken However, he has also suggested that he has changed his stands on a lot of positions in the past. With this revelation, do you still trust your sensitive personal information that was released during your NIMC registration under his custody? Will you still go ahead to register for the National Identity if you haven't already done so ? How do you even feel about your status of anonymity on Nairaland? Are we still safe ? 2 Likes |

Pantami should resign. The position he currently occupies is a very sensitive one that does not need links to terrorism and radical Islam. Just imagine if the US had not made mentioned of his name on a watchlist, what would have happened? Chai...God is merciful for exposing him 3 Likes |

Our intelligence agencies who screened office holders are complicit. Not just for Dr. Pantami but for several other terrorists and extremists holding office in Nigeria. Talking of Compulsory NIN to Sim link, have we asked ourselves who Pantami was dancing for? What if Pantami was blackmailed with his past extremist views to gather a database of Nigerians for some interest groups? What if? In any case, Pantami should resign. 3 Likes |

The views he expressed in the past are too serious to be ignored. I’ve read some report regarding his role in instigating religious violence in Tafawa Balewa University and I’m really concerned. If he still hold such views, then he should be removed from office. 4 Likes |

NaijaMutant:My sister Nigerians are in deep soup, they handed over Nigeria to terrorists in 2015, all in the name of seeking solutions to their country's woes. Nigeria is officially a terrorist state and that explains why killer herdsmen are killing the Southerners, raping and kidnapping their obas while the government at the centre pretends to be blind but when the victims attempt to activate self defence, state security funded by taxpayers money are deployed to arrest them. Boko haram members are awarded with rehabilitation and foreign education, bandits smiling to the bank after a job well done. They control the CBN, NNPC, NPA, custom and other revenue generating agencies of government and use that to further their sinister plan. Nigerians should not sleep again because the same people that the elected to fix the country have deployed the state apparatus to elevate islamic dominance in a secular country while suppressing dissident voices. |

NaijaMutant:Why are you afraid of a mere mortal? You should be afraid of your creator not terrorists. Believe that death is not the worst thing that could ever befall a man, but living like a coward while you are still breathing is. This realisation will always extricate you from the manacles of living in perpetual fear. |

You guys are barking up the wrong tree. I don't know why you are worried about your talk online when literally millions of Nigerians are saying same everywhere. You should be worried about the sort of non-Nigerians Pantami can confer citizens on overnight. The sort who would not have to hide in the forest anymore because they don't have ID. The sort who, as we understand, particularly love wasting Nigerians and "infidels". They can now murder at ease and 'blend' instead of having to run to Chad, Mali, Niger etal as before. You guys are still wondering why they won't allow State policing and why registration of herdsmen who wish to graze cattle in the South is 'not a priority' right now but NIN is "no going back" and do or die. 1 Like |
