Unknown gunmen in the early hours of Monday set Uzuakoli police station in Bende local government area of Abia State on fire, ABN TV reports.

This is coming weeks after a similar incident took place in World Bank housing estate Aba when a police station was razed and property worth millions of Naira destroyed.

Recall that the state government last week alerted the public of a planned attack in parts of the state, urging vigilance.

All efforts by ABN TV to reach PPRO in the state, SP Geoffrey Ogbonna for a comment proved abortive as at the moment of this report.

This is what happens in other troubled countries where we have uprising as a result of nepotism and corruption.

I remember very well when Nigerians were complaining of the high level of nepotism in this government and the rate of police corruption and brutality and also the way corrupt governors were using the police for election malpractice where y the police turn a blind eye to irregularities on election day.

Do we need to ask how we got here.
It's not too late for this government to do the right thing by removing all these northern quota illiterate person's handling the affairs of this nation as it is obvious they are doing a poor job

And do you think this government is ready for a peaceful talk, we are talking about restructuring for years nothing has happened. Someone with good intention asked the president to call for a sovereign national conference recently, did you hear any response from the presidency? Fulani's know what they are doing, they are waying their options whether to go to another civil war or to bribe the region with presidency come 2023 so as to silent the voice of dissent. Why is it so difficult for this country to restructure, ask yourself?
