I see you don't even know how to defend your fraudulent claims.
If I may ask you how is recharge pin same as vtu that bank is doing, but if your claim is vtu then you are a big time scammer because I don't need any payment to start it. Take for instance MTN; all I need do is to register the Sim I want to use and recharge with at least 5k and am good to go.
