Tottenham Hotspur as both a club and a team are inbalance. They don't even know what they want to achieve.

The way this Tottenham team is deteriorating is alarming. First they sacked a coach who gave them a consistent top 4 finish, a champions league final, a coach that transformed them from a mid table team to a top top team. Then sacked another one with the charisma, the respect and experience to lead the team(though no trophies still), now down to a God knows who.
