It takes more than coding to build an Amazon for example, you need to know how to hire, raise capital etc.

I think it's innate ,not something you acquire.

You can intern with some tech company but actually creating stuff depends on your capacity.

Nigerians are doing the same in Nigeria . Recently some surgeons carried out some fantastic surgery right in Nigeria.

There are wealthy people in Nigeria the same way we have them abroad.

Our problem is still down to capacity as we don't have enough smart people to trail blaze the level of development we need.

There's no single indigenous Nigerian company that can build something like the third mainland bridge from start to finish, that's incapacity.
