The Angel explained to Daniel that everlasting righteousness will brought during the 70 weeks determined for the children of Israel.
Does that mean there was no righteousness then? Nope, only that it was not everlasting it depends of actions or inactions of the individuals but everlasting righteousness does not depends on the actions or inactions of believers but depends on Christ who died and resurrected again to life.
This kind of righteousness can only be recieved by faith in Christ not by works of any kind just by faith.

if you have indeed received this kind of righteousness by your "faith without works" in Christ, then you should be able to instantly heal the sick and raise the dead, just as Jesus Christ did,saying you will do more.
