According to the Kano State Fire Service, two members of the same family died in a fire on Friday night at Zoo Road, opposite the Kano Zoological Garden, in Sheka Municipal. In a statement released to newsmen on Saturday in Kano, its Public Relations Officer, Saminu Abdullahi, confirmed this.
