Pic 1 - do people actually use bicycle lanes in Cape Town? They've turned into smoking lanes in JHB.

Pic 2 - how do the engineers explain this design? Looks wasteful to me but I'm sure there's a reason for it.

I hear you but the vast majority of SAs don't dislike foreigners or are xenophobic. There are millions of foreigners living, working and going to school in SA without any problem whatsoever. Lots of Nigerians are doing quite well and are mostly business owners and professionals; they are not the problem. Unfortunately, there's a contingent of criminals wreaking havoc spoiling Naijas reputation in SA and many other foreign countries. Nigerians are in just about every city and town across the country. Things have been exaggerated bro.
