The average Yoruba man believes in Tinubu so much as the last hope for the Yoruba nation after the failed attempt of Awolowo and Abiola. So they don't see anything wrong in whatever Tinubu does or say. So the Yoruba man will speak against godfatherism but when it concerns Tinubu they will change the tone. They will speak against corruption but when it concerns Tinubu they will change the narrative. I am surprised many Yoruba's hate Obasanjo but love Tinubu even if they both do or say the same thing. So you will see a Yoruba man hailing Osibanjo for his "outstanding performance" but curse Buhari as a total failure both of whom are serving in the same govt. I have never seen a group of people with this kind of hypocritical tendencies like some Yorubas. Know them, No pain

Yes and the average Igbos or non-Yoruba hates Tinubu so much they can never see the bigger picture because all their focus is always firstly Tinubu, a mere mortal who will pass on in the end, over every development.

This is beyond Tinubu who has likely another 20 years on this earth. This is about essentially needed change to set States on the true path of independence and self-controlled development the FG is resisting vehemently.

The more control States win the more we whittle down the regressive interference of the FG in all our development at State level.

I am sure people like you would resist State policing, despite the reality of Nigerians dying like chickens everywhere, because "Tinubu will abuse it". Better ditch your fear and myopia over individuals and start seeing the idea and not the personalities alone.

The current mess we find ourself today as a people is because of the same person your darling Tinubu supported into power. Besides, Tinubu believes the Buhari/Osibanjo administration is doing very well and on the right path.

Tinubu presidency will not be different from Buhari's govt. It will.be coloured with sentiments, ethnicity and full scale corruption. Nigeria needs healing and we need a true patriot with a pan Nigerian mindset before we can truly solve the issues of devolution of power and other restructuring matters. This task can't be handled by a man like Tinubu because he is too corrupt

Lies, lies lies up and down Tinibu does'nt feed me in anyway but i will keep hitting you with the truth.

What truth are you hitting him with again? Is it dt you don't know that tinubu is sanwo olus's benefactor or dt you don't know that efcc has an ongoing casefile on tinubu spanning several years?? Or you believe dt sanwo olu will actually prosecute tinubu if the case is handed over to him?

The truth, my dear, is that this law will render efcc extinct and will further increase corruption in the country past unimaginable heights

Nigerians are dying like chicken because Yoruba's supported a man like Buhari who once said assault on boko haram is anti north. The other day on TVC journalist hangout program, Tinubu's boys were defending Is a Patanmi over issues of his alleged sympathy for terrorist. They said he shouldn't resign since he has made a public apology for his past views. Can you imagine journalist making such opinion on national television. So you can see the reason why captured boko haram members are released into society with the claim that they have repented. Some of them are even recruited into the Nigerian army. Isn't this very absurd? But some Yorubas like you will support anything good or bad that will give your ethnicity advantage.

Lol you're not fooling anyone. Rather you are proving my point about how you Igbos are malevolently obsessed with Tinubu.

Tinubu this, Tinubu that. You cannot even see the advantages of your State and those of others being free from the encumbrance of the over-powerful FG that will always remain so because of how Nigeria is convened.

You just saw Zamfara keep 100% proceeds of its gold without a kobo, shishi, towards the centre while same does not hold for the mineral wealth of other Nigerian States yet you cannot even see the big picture, as it benefits you and your people.

You must shout Tinubu up and down in a matter that does not concern him and over an idea that is bigger than Lagos States and/or indivuals you hate unobjectively. I pity you sha.

Southern fools. See the way they reduced the whole issue to one man. Like the man will never die. Tomorrow, they will be shouting restructuring. On what principle is an agency of federal government able to prosecute financial dealings of state governments? Do state governments have the same right to prosecute financial dealings of the federal government?

this is simply a political move
knowing fully well that malami and co are planning to use the efcc to rubbish the 2023 ambition of tinubu

tinubu camp are just only planning their move. they are not leaving anything to chance
they are simply planning a legal move.
this guys are master planners
the case will then get to court and turn to a legal battle.

What goes to FG from Lagos? I hope you won't mention custom duties from federal owned and controlled ports and other federal govt owned institutions? Even America with independent states still have a federal bureau of investigation (FBI). What is Tinubu scared of?

Keep deceiving yourself. You are not as smart as you believe you are. Tinubu owns Lagos, Tinubu has presidential ambition for 2023, Tinubu has a case with EFCC, Lagos sign law for EFCC to handover all Lagos corruption cases to the state.
Even a dullard understand the logic and calculation behind this law, its to provide protective shield for Tinubu. Tinubu thinks he can escape prosecution. He will likely still be pursuing court cases by the time 2023 elections are being conducted.

The drug Baron is trying to tie up his loose ends. Can criminals investigate themselves? Naaaa. I am just surprised to see people still supporting these rogues mortgaging their future. Shows that many Nigerians have been damaged by the system they were born in. They don't know life could have been so much better had these criminals not looted their futures dry.

Don't mind them. Mumu people for real. Just disgusting. Like a prisoner saying he will not accept freedom because he hates the prison warden who came to usher him towards freedom.

I don't know what these southern haters of Tinubu think the restructuring we are all fighting for is about other than near total freedom of States from the regressive control of the FG.

Silly people just shouting because it is Lagos and the State is synonymous with Tinubu for them. They cannot even think about what this would mean for their own State of origin at all. Pathetic when people hate to the level where they are even unknowingly attacking and destroying themselves thinking they are hunting others.
