Engaging customers on social media and sharing update and information on social media platforms and creating content
Answering inquiries or complaints about ICT and Computer training services
Taking payment by credit card or cash
Describing training programs in detail to potential and existing students
Finding relevant information on the computer
Preparing class time table and schedules for trainers and students
Passing inquiries on to a specialist who can take things further
Keeping accurate records of all inquiries and other duties
