Calitoscassius:
You have no idea the damage the French did and still doing to their former colonies.

And what exactly do you want the British to do? They have given Nigerian independence since 1960 anything after that is nigeria's problem.

Its the slave mentality that many Africans in Africa still hold. Especially in Nigeria where they feel the British or American white man is their saviour after Jesus.

If Britain and America have not been able to stop terror in Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq and all the countries they destroyed, I wonder what makes an average Nigerian think they can save them from terror.

The US (with all the weapons, drones and intel) could not defeat the Talibans till date. Despite that, their Northern slaves in Aso Rock ran to them for rescue.

When they come in, their first assignment will be to wipe all the men heading terror in Nigeria and take over. The new terror would be Libya-styled where they will control your oil and keep that region fighting for years to distract other regions from what's really going on whilst installing their own president.

Look at Iraq and Libya for example

The British know the end of Nigeria is near.. Or rather here. Let them come out straight up and say and stop playing masquerade with this fraudulent entities set up by there God forbidden fathers.
naija foolish die walahi. The foolishness and stupidity is staggering. Even if they split I am afraid, the foolishness will still continue in the new breakout countries

When India sub continent was about to get independence, they immediately began discussing splitting of the nation (yes along religious lines) Hindu & Muslim. This was during the 1940s.

The British tried and tried all possible means and strategy to keep them together, ina, all failed.

1947 gave birth to 2 countries India and Pakistan

You are absolutely! correct. The US/Britian destroyed so many countries for their own selfish interests. Look at Syria also, Syria used to be a wealthy great country.

Some people may not like Trump but Trump never went destroying countries seeking oil and gas.

What they would do with Nigeria would not be different from what they did in Syria, afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
Chiffy:

This was Britain's objective right from the beginning of amalgating over 300 different ethnicities into one country; so that we will complex problems, keep fighting ourselves, and keep being reliant on them for support to solve structural problems. In simple terms, this is the Divide and Rule tactics employed by Europeans to colonize Africa. When the foundation is faulty, virtually no design will save that house from falling one day.

At least this guy has admitted the complacency of Britain in creating Nigeria's problems; and we can hold this against Britain in our struggle to create new countries from this British Fad of Nation.

...it's the youth that is still holding one Nigeria together.
but the fact remains the country will not divide( which I really want it to) because we will continue wailing and shouting and 2023 will come and meet us, and like magic every one will settle back to the normal suffering and smiling.

The solution of insecurity will end only when Nigerians decide to be good citizens and stop crime or supporting criminals,it’s only in Nigeria you here someone sell his brother, good friends,or even his mother to kidnappers or rituals, what kind of evil people are this Nigerians needs to be clean from inside first before blaming government.

We still have a long way to go with that, but slow and steady we will get there.

Everyone involved in violence in Nigeria will not know peace.

Meanwhile,
As seen somewhere on cyberspace....

That's an illusion Chief.
More population and increasing unemployment and inflation only force more people to struggle for survival.

PEOPLE WILL DO ALMOST ANYTHING TO SURVIVE.

So expect the violence to continue except the fundamental issue is addressed.

Channel money going into fighting insurgency into preventing insurgency.

Northern people have no idea on how to run a country. This is the problem the British created, handing over a complex entity like Nigeria to a set of people who don't have a clue or refuse to educate themselves.

the solution to nigeria's problem would be a referendum, let's stop deceiving ourselves the earlier we face this reality the better.

Just say, NIGERIA IS SICK.

AND THE SOLUTION IS EITHER WE BRING BACK OBASANJO OR

CHANGE THE EXCLUSIVE LIST TO INCLUSIVE OR CONCURRENT LIST AND

LIMIT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO FOREIGN AFFAIRS MILITARY AND TREATIES SEALING ONLY

THAT WAY, NIGERIA CAN GET RID OF IDIOTS AS LEADERS.
