When you are trying to improve your overall health, your diet is the first thing you want to take seriously. As the popular saying goes, you are what you eat. If you eat a balanced diet and healthily it will definitely reflect in your general health even on your hair and nails.
The same way people with certain health issues are restricted from some food due to more harm it can cause and other foods are suggested to quicken their recovery process, so it is with Urinary tract infection.
When treating urinary tract infection, it is important to do away with some kind of foods and beverages as they can irritate or worsen the infection and may even slow down the recovery process. That food can then be replaced with those that are more beneficial and can speed up recovery.
