Jonathan signed and agreed several of ASUUs and NASU MOU just for peace to reign knowing he isn't ready to implement it, now Ngige knows they cant meet up with some of this agreed commitments, but thats non of ASUUs business, Government is continuum, and an agreement is an agreement
