LOW POTASSIUM ALSO KNOWN AS (HYPOKALEMIA)

Is a condition in which the potassium level in the blood is very low.
Potassium is a vital electrolyte which the body needs for nerve, muscle including the heart to function properly.

CAUSES OF LOW POTASSIUM ( HYOKALEMIA)

Low levels of potassium in the blood can be caused by inadequate dietary intake of potassium, magnesium or overactive thyroid.

It has many causes but usually results in vomitting,,diarrhoea,. adrenal gland disorders or the use of diuretic. It can also cause the following;

1. Feeling of skipped heart beat or palpitation
2. Fatigue
3. Muscle damage or spasm(involuntary contraction of the muscle)
4. Weakness
5. Paralysis ,etc.

5 Avacado
6. Banana
