The country really needs a fresh start, a total overhauling, but these old politicians can't make that happen, not in this digital age.

But we could use some help from the diaspora, there are lots of intelligent Nigerians working overseas that can provide valuable insights on how to effectively manage the economy.

If we bring in those brains and put them in key sectors, you'll see the economy improve. I'm saying this because the calibre of graduates being produced by our higher institutions today are already a sad reflection of the kind of leaders we're trying to expunge, so we need to break that circle.

Take Ghana for example, a lot of African Americans have been relocating to Ghana in recent times, many have setup new businesses and are creating jobs for the locals, and that's why today Ghana is better for it. Now Twitter, Hyundai and several other major brands are choosing Ghana as the ideal location for siting their regional head offices due to the ease of doing business there.
