Healthy Living: Secret Of Long Life!!!! by Agrobatic(m): 10:16am On May 04, 2021
Hi everyone,

According to world health organisation, health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing of an individual and not mere absence of diseases. A mad person is physically healthy but mentally unstable. You can also be physically and mentally stable but socially, you are classified unstable.
A human life is divided into three broad phase which are

Vibrant phase
Tired phase
Sick face

The vibrant phase occurs between the age of 0-25yrs. At this phase, your cell are still active and very vibrant. People at this phase rarely loose any of their 75 trillion cells. Cells are easily replaced. people at the phase rarely complain of any ailment.

The tired phase occurs between the age of 26- 50years. People at this phase loose nothing less than 10 thousand cells daily. And the lost cells are rarely replaced or replenished. Fatigue and stress is common to people at this stage.

Sick phase. People at this phase complain alot about one or more ailment. People in this phase belong to the age bracket (51 and above). They lack adequate strength, always feeling very weak and they tend to suffer different kind of diseases.

World health organisation claims you can remain at the vibrant phase no matter your age group if only you will practice the acronym 'RED'

R- rest
E- exercise
D- diet

Rest is defined as a state of total sound sleep where only the brain and the heart are working. ( for example, someone who fall off his bed while sleeping... continue to have his sleep without knowing what has just happened at that moment) is a good example of rest. WHO Recommend 9hours of rest everyday. (8 hours at night, 1 hour in the day). You may want to ask yourself... Am i taking enough rest? Am i truly resting?

Note that good rest contributes 10% to total healthy living.
Rest also helps the right division of cells (meiosis and mitosis) in your body.

Exercise
This is a voluntary, physical activities you do until sweat comes out of your body in the absence of SUNLIGHT.
In other words (when u decide to take a walk under the sun)....claiming you are exercising, i am teling you, you are suffering . Exercise is best done in the morning or in the evening.

Note- Right form of exercise contribute to 10% of your healthy living.

It aids metabolism, helps to build tissues and muscles.

it also helps to reduce worn out cells.

Diet
Simply means anything you take into your system (food, water, drips, injection) etc.

Diet contributes 80% to your healthy living. It is very essential you pay much attention to what you eat . Unfortunately if you don't earn enough ...you may not be able to have a balance diet.

I must say here, non of these three important elements of healthy living is superior to the other. In other to remain at the vibrant stage... You need to practice all in the right way and proportions.

Lastly WHO design a food pyramid for a complete diet.
I Might not be able to draw the pyramid here but i will try to share the content

Your daily intake (%)

5%- fats, oil, salt and suger
15%- meat and alternatives () i don't like fish though
30% of fruits and vegetables (️)
50% - whole grain (rice brown, soy and whole wheat).

Stay healthy.
