Bill and Melinda Gates have divorced after 27-years of marriage. The split of the Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, and his wife was announced in a joint statement posted on their official Twitter accounts. They have a joint fortune estimated at $130 billion.



The statement reads: “After a great deal of thought and a lot of work on our relationship, we have made the decision to end our marriage.
