Dirtiest and worst maintained high rise building in the western hemisphere. Air conditioning breaks down often. Building has no generator for when power fails. Attracts the cheapest rent from the most desperate of tenants. Even then the building is often sparsely occupied. Besides no one wants to be neighbors with dirty, disorderly and noisy Nigerians.

The building is the worst run property in America , it's a microcosm of the bad management we get in Nigeria , theirbwater supply is always being cut off and Lifts don't work , there was a time power was cut off for weeks because they couldn't pay

This is why foreigners don't want to rent us houses. After a few years we just claim the house as ours.
