Maxwell Odum , owner of MBA Forex headquartered in Port-Harcourt Nigeria has been reported to have duped over a 100,000 Nigerians of N171 Billion Naira in a failed Forex Ponzi Scheme.

Some of his victims protested at Christ Embassy church lst Sunday asking Pastor Chris Oyakhilome to intervene in the situation. According to them, Maxwell was the highest giver in Christ Embassy last year and he will listen to Pastor Chris if the clergy talks to him. However a video of Pastor Chris warning his members not to participate in any form of Ponzi because they always crash at the end has surfaced online.

Pastor Chris is seen warning that all Ponzi eventually crashes.

I don't think that's the real issue. The real issue is if it is right to keep the Maxwell donation now it is established that the money received by the church is proceed of crimes.

I believe the clergyman did not ask for N1B from Maxwell and didn't tell him to go set up a ponzi scheme but once it gets to court, the church will be mentioned. N1 Billion is a lot of money
