They actually bought the arms but majority are stacked in South Eastern state and also used on Endsars protesters and SARS personnels. Also used to equip the police against citizen. mybe 10% of funds went towards fighting Boko Haram, the rest used against the South. Haven't you asked yourself why police, SARS, RRS, etc, all those guys on roadblock have more sophisticated weapons than the army? Also, that's why most countries don't want to give Nigeria arms despite what Boko Haram is doing, they're afraid of causing human right damage, because the know the illiterate in charge has zero value for human life |
