But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will... Speaking from the above scriptures, you will denote that prophesying is not just a gift just ordinary unbelievers or anyone like that can just say and come to pass.

For you to Prophecy, then you must be someone special and close to God, you will be so close to Him that whatever you pronounced out will be graced to happen by the Lord. It's not just by your might but by the ministrations of the spirit of God in you.
