In so doing, you need to be able to

1. Identify the features and benefits of your product and services.

Ensure you are doing something differently to keep your customers abreast of this information.

2. We might want the same product, but different things appeal to us at different times. Hence, you need to gain insight into your consumers by personalising services to reach them.

What is your brand doing differently? This will help you channel your energy to getting their attention.
