[quote author=Eliazejike post=101458091]If you are banking with Kuda Bank or desiring to bank with them please DONT! I am a student in a Nigerian University and as such was attracted to Kuda Bank because of their so called ease of banking and free withdrawals and money transfers. Unknown to me I was walking into one of the biggest scams in the country. I have been banking with Kuda for months now and everything went smooth until I had to factory reset my phone because It was developing so problems ( normal to android users). After the rest KUDA hit! I was expecting my rent money as well as feeding money that week. After the rest I tried to log into my account but it said my password was incorrect ( it wasn't oh!) After three trials I decide to use the "Forgot Password" option ( I must have forgotten the password I thought to myself ) I was asked to input the email address I had used to open the Kuda Bank Account which I did and it said they would send me a "password reset link" to my email. At least from their I can change my password and regain access to my account. The email never came! Its been over 2weeks now ! bro check your spam folder in your email... |

This is a big fat lie. They are legit. I trandsct frequently with them and have even gotten an overdraft from them. You can check on accounting web through the link below. https: //app .kudabank .com/login That's if you can remember your password. The password you used in registration not your login password. 1 Like 1 Share |

Eliazejike:All of the problems you highlighted are false. I have been using KUDA since November last year and it has become my main bank. Had my device changed recently and the switch was seamless. You obviously forgot your password and could have used their support email option but you didn't. Kuda's voice support is perhaps unavailable because they have no physical office (until recently), which I quite understand. If you claim you chose to reset your password and the email to reset your password did not arrive, then it also means it probably means the account never belonged to you. Kuda's notification feature is swift and faster than most conventional banks around. Yes, Kuda is licensed by the CBN and it uses a microfinance bank license for obvious reasons. Kuda isn't 100% perfect but the one thing they would never do is lock you out of your account if your details are indeed yours. 2 Likes |

I don't know if you guys know how to render public opinion at all. Someone came to a conclusion and listed out why he arrived at that conclusion, all you do is insult and slam FALSE without any proof. That you don't have any issue with Kuda does not make it valid. People are loosing money and all you do is shut them up, when your time comes, don't think you'll be given the chance to be heard. So if you want to counter the OP's view, please raise a quality argument against and not these things I see here. Have you had problem of logging out Kuda bank app unknowingly or due to phone problem or you got a new phone and wants to log in, and it went smoothly? Have tried verifying if the number OP listed was correct for Kuda bank customer care? Have you tried calling the number and was responded to by the customer care, let alone getting any response at all? What about emails, have they responded your email before and how fast was the response? How about showing us a screenshot of the list of Microfinance banks (MFBs) insured by NDIC, at least he asked us to check it by yourselves? It is not correct to use an uninsured bank you know... I have also observed many people confirming Kuda bank's poor customer care services. I also observed FEW responses about solving the password/login issues via Web and not app. That notwithstanding, this could have been as a result of trial and error of the issue above not really a response of Kuda bank with respect to their poor app management. I have been using something without problem is not a proof that if it ever has issues that the cost will be heavy on your side. Meanwhile, this post was made around 6 months ago, so if you're just joining the discussion and your response is slamming FALSE on it without verifying his points, YOU'RE NOT DOING WELL!!!! IF KUDA IS RESPONDING TO YOU, TAKE UP THIS GUYS MATTER AND SEE THAT HE IS EITHER PROVED WRONG OR JUSTICE GOTTEN FOR HIM. He is an undergraduate for crying out loud and he lost his money with no means of letting Kuda know nor hope of getting it back. @OP - if this matter was later solved please also share it here and let the public know about it. Remember, what goes around always comes around. 2 Likes |

kloverneon:*Politeness* Very well said! But notice OP (Eliazejike) disappeared shortly after he was told to check his spam folder. I suspect the problem was resolved and he was too embarrassed to admit he was wrong |
