Honestly been thinking the same, i saw some information about them hiring and paying base on commission here on NL, so i ignored the interview slated for today.
Then the HR called and we reschedule for tuesday.

Just want to be sure it's worth the hassle.

Oga na pure marketing oooo. It is purely commission based so it is when you find a buyer that you will collect your commission

My girlfriend was working with them. Their staff welfare is extremely poor. As a matter of fact, i won't advise my enemy to work there. You earn based on commission. If your client did not pay, you won't get shishi from them by month end. There was a time, my girlfriend salary was 7k after one month. Due to the fact that most of her clients didn't turn up well that month. But if you are very good in marketing, you will make some money sha. Though its not easy. 6% commission thereabout on every sales of landed properties.

And the most annoying part is that their MD will be lavishing money on artists and unnecessary donations instead of paying his staffs that worked the money for him. They will be giving them lemon colored uniform here and there.

Bro it's not worth it. It's hardcore marketing. Get a good paying job. Then once you gain ground you can start marketing properties.
Marketing on an empty stomach is another flavor of frustration.

I think it's probably a marketing job.

If you're not working right now I would recommend you give it a shot and use it to keep yourself busy until you get the type of job you're searching for

I will advice u not to waste ur time... Adron homes isn't worth it I can tell u dis....its pure marketing. No sales no commission.

My friend's friend is their Abuja manager and she's doing quite fine.
They are a good company that is why they have grown rapidly in a very short time.
However you should know that you get paid on comission basis.
If staff welfare is priority for you then you may want to consider other options first.

They have the terms and they accepted. Also, if someone didn't sell how did they make he money for him?
The structure of that kind of business does not encourage having a lot of full time staff

The company is good but their aggressive marketing strategies he the problem hence why if you are a marketer for them you would be frustrated

They have plots of land for sale at unrealistic prices sometimes

There is this estate called city park and gardens they are building in ikire osun state, oh boi it’s in the middle of no where

I wonder how any normal person would leave a town or a city to go and be living in an estate in a bush but if you need a side hustle you can go for them

.they will ask u to show your customer a large expanse of land from which they will give him a plot after he pays.

That was how I got a bus ticketing job as an
Executive ticketing officer. But pay was based on commission. Getting paid 4k per 1m worth of tickets sold. The way I sprinted like one preparing for Olympics. Op forget name,all na slavery.

Different hustles in this country. Pure marketing, but if you have people to sell to, you will start enjoying commissions in no time
