The Chancellor who graced the event says Over 18000 Nigerian youths have benefited from the Scholarship scheme he is undertaking through Maye foundation in the past 15 years.

Speaking at the midweek, during a ceremony held for matriculation of Oduduwa University Nigeria students The philanthropist explained that the the gestures were aimed at empowering the poor and the needy, mostly in rural areas.

According him, the foundation had empowered the youths not only in skill acquisition and training programmes but also formal education.-
