Popular Nollywood Actor Yomi Fabiyi led others to protest against the detention of his colleague, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, aka Baba Ijesha, who was accused of molesting a minor.

During the protest, Fabiyi, and other protesters marched from Casino Bus Stop to Panti Police Station on Wednesday.

They demanded that Baba Ijesha should be released from detention pending when a court would hear his case.

The protesters carried placards and banners with various inscriptions such as ‘denial of bail of bail of bailable offence is human rights violation’, ‘Nigeria police, please allow the law to dictate to you, not Iyabo Ojo, Princess and co’, ‘release Baba Ijesha’, and ‘Nigeria police must respect human rights and honour bail for bailable offence’,

Fabiyi, who has been supportive of Baba Ijesha, described the continuous detention of Baba Ijesha as “illegal”.

Ijesha is offended the law, let the law be used to deal with him

Sentiments aside Baba Ijesha deserves a fair hearing.
Government should desist from taking actions that aren't backed by the constitution. It's Baba Ijesha today it may be you tomorrow. Baba Ijesha should be charged to court if proven guilty he should be dealt with accordingly so as to serve as deterrent to potential Child molesters.
Two wrongs they say doesn't make a right.

This keeps getting difficult.

After watching the full video I can boldly say I now understand why yomi fabiyi is staging this protest.

The truth of the matter is that

(1) the whole thing was scripted just to nail Baba ijesha to the cross

(2) Baba ijesha mostly likely was forking princess and princess later got to know that Baba ijesha too was also banging the little girl. That was what led to this rage on the part of princess and she waited for the right time to get her own pound of flesh.

(3) The clips posted on social media by princess and her team were heavily edited.

In the original version (unedited) even when princess was still in the sitting room, Baba ijesha was gisting with the girl, smooching the girl, and they were all laughing (princess inclusive)

When they ( princess and her crew) were watching the CCTV footage after they had successfully nailed Baba ijesha how come they were eating and one of them even sent thesame girl on an errand to go and buy something across the road. ( A girl that was molested)

Weren't they suppose to be bitter and sober?

(4) After princess went away, Baba ijesha and the girl were now very free and they both started romancing each other. ( The girl drew closer to him and he was pressing her boobs and ass unrestricted) intact at a point the girl move away from him and Baba ijesha had to apologise to the girl about something and the smooching continued.


**** So you can't really say that's rape or child molestation because both parties were not acting under duress, they appeared to be lovers having a good time

And why are the police still keeping him in prison since the commisioner of police said its a bailable offense?. Why denying him right to a lawyer He? Baba ijesha should be arraigned in court and if found guilty, he should be severely death with...
