The Human Resource Manager reports and works closely with the General manager as well as departmental managers to plan and co-ordinate the company's workforce and create an efficiently structured modern Organogram, proper management of team welfare while ensuring team member skill sets are effectively deployed within the organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Plan and coordinate the company’s workforce to best use employees’ talents efficiently
Effectively links management with its employees
Plan and oversee employee benefit programs as well as manage payroll
Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues where necessary
Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists, contractors, and support staffs
Oversee the company's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
Manage and liaise on company and clients communication relationship where necessary
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices while liaising with Tax, Pension, and Health management agencies where necessary
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees when such occurs
Performing reference and background checks
REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge of basic accounting is mandatory
Must be fluent in English
Computer literate with Excellent Knowledge of office management tools
Salary Range:NGN100,000 - 150,000.
