The ground floor of the ESUT Teaching Hospital consists of the Physiotherapy Unit and Renal Dialysis; Birth Centre & Children Emergency Unit; Radiology Unit (MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography and X-ray; General Outpatients Department; Burns Unit & Intensive Care Unit; Orthopedic Unit & 4nos. Surgical Theatres; and the Accident and Emergency Unit.

The health facility equally has the main access road, external electrical infrastructure, external mechanical infrastructure and other ancillary building structures.
