What have you been occupying yourself with? I believe the border should be opened this month or latest by September

The border was never closed to permanent residents and citizens. Even visitors that have close relatives in Canada can travel to canada. If you are a CoRP holder you aren’t a PR yet, u become a PR when u land in Canada
