I personally know a lady that this happened to just last night in that same axis. She was released at ikate after her account was emptied. No one is safe in this country right now.

Everywhere is Lagos is deadly now, it happened few days ago to my cousin on his way from lekki to mainland, those guys actually told all the passenger to transfer the money in their account to one of the victim and they escorted the victim to ATM stand and withdrew all the money so that it can't be traced. It happened around past 9 and they use aboliki to ruv their face ans drop them near a canal. Once it's past 9 in some areas in Lagos na robbery, Lagos is not as secured like b4, my cousin money was 270k which he wanted to rent new apartment.

It's not everything that's fake news or should proscribed as fake news.

Lagos have lots of security challenges that you and majority of lagosians aren't aware of.

Did you know there is a crime operations that goes on between epe to Abraham adesanya axis??

It took private security and intelligence operator to unmask that operations because an influential person relative was the victim.

There are nearly 20 million people residing in lagos, so it's a hotbed for any form of crime.

All I can tell you is that the police force is not enough and they are not technically equipped and most resources are channeled towards high profile cases.

i don't know of ozuma or lekki.. but 4point in the night or inside alternative route within VI is dangerous from 8pm, Ibeju lekki, ilaje and addo road too isn't safe at night too
