It’s actually simple.
The original bike fuel tank probably got totalled beyond repair, so dude or his technicians decided to improvise with a generator fuel tank...after all; tank na tank, so they figured instead of spending money to get another tank, why not use an abandoned gen tank that was readily available, or cheaper.

The procedure is a pretty simple one, but I salute their ingenuity and inventive innovation.
