One cool Saturday morning at Tapa, Ojodu Berger
I was with Godson and Papoose doing what people do at Tapa
Among the other people there was a bike man who seems to enjoy meeting new people and telling them his story
He told us his name is Moneychangeface

Yes one word

Moneychangeface
When I or my friend Godson remarked that his name was odd
He said it has a story behind it and he volunteered to tell us
Now I volunteer to tell you
He said he once worked for 8 months riding okada on the streets of Lagos just so he could save some money to buy his own bike and rent a new room

The day he collected the cash

He realized that he had to tip them for having a meeting
So he went in and bought out 5k for them to buy groundnut
While he was at it

He put 10 k inside the pocket of his boxers, yes some boxers have pockets, every olokada has it and u can know why

He pocketed another 50k in his wallet because he realised that he has some small debts to pay on the street, u know those kain debts wey person no dey everly pay finish but e get one day wey u go just have big money and u go remember to sort them willingly

Na those kain debts and one of such debts was the one he owed Mama Shukroh
That was the first time I knew there were people actually called Shukroh

So after his Co tenants had hailed him and called him Odogwu, Odogwu Odogwu several times for like 10 minutes raising their hand and stamping their foot on the ground. They also bought Seamans aromatic schnapps with his 5 k and he didn't even sip some of it before he left for Mama Shukrohs abode to repay her.

At Mama Shukrohs place, he met her absence and only her only child, her daughter at home.
Now, for some time, Shukroh has been seducing him or he has been seducing her, he couldn't remember who started it exactly. But he said he just knew insksde him that the girl was gonna Bleep him one day. He said it like it was an unwritten agreement. And it has to be fulfilled one day.

Remember He was having 50 k in his wallet that day.

So he didn't wanna suck breast and he was getting fresh.

As he was about to com. Na im Mama Shukroh and their dog Abacha enter. Abacha na young Rottweiler

They barged in from the backyard.

Shukroh said that Moneychangeface came to rob and rape her. She swore.

Mama Shukroh said shut up.

I heard everything.
Shukroh stopped crying lesekese.

Before he said another how come, one slap just come land on his face.
He shout wooo, his face truly changed. E come red.

He could not fight.
He was in their house but as a man, he held her hand and Shukroh held his monster at first. Then she changed her mind. And she grabbed his blokos.

He couldn't scream, he was just hiccuping and hyperventillating and so he let Mama Shukrohs hand go.
She went for his pocket and therefore his wallet.

She removed his cash and she let Abacha keep the wallet. Thank God say nothing else dey inside.

Before any Jack Robinson. Mama Shukroh was gonna start shouting blue murder.

Immediately Shukroh let his balls go. He bailed out of the house because even Abacha was after him or after his now limp monster

His scrotum was bruised. He couldn't run well. But he managed to run.
You see he was hyperventilating but he was rapidly processing what had just happened in the last five minutes in his brain.

It happened so fast.
The women had just showed him the stuff they were made off.
He had pressed Mama Shukrohs breast before though.
That was part of how come he owed her 20k
He decided to put the episode behind him but then that would require some drinking

So he no go home.
He branch for one pub.
He seldom drinks
Because when he does, he drinks heavily, not the quantity. The price.
He drinks expensive drinks.
He drank Bailey's. Maybe 2k.
Remember he has just been robbed.
No money in his pocket. But money dey house.
But no worries.
That same pub was where he cashed out the previous day.
They knew him.
Some of them were already coming to congratulate him

When they got home, his neighbours had dispersed from their meeting, they left their housewives at home.

The housewives started their own hailing
Somehow everybody seems to know that he has money

There was one that's been giving him greenlight, maybe he shd call her to the backyard now but he remember the Shukrohs

He didn't wanna give any woman money again but they told him to settle one of them deduced him that they have serious gist for him.

He sha finally gave each of them 1, 1 k

They were 11 in number

There were three of them married to a bus conductor and live in one room. With 5 children.

They told him that the police had come looking for him.

He said why

They said they should ask him.

He was still tipsy. He said ok
