She's CORRECT.
NEW CARS don't come with such Nylons.
Not even in the United States.
Most New Cars are test driven for 6months or more before shipping.
They must stand the TRIALS of Road worthiness before being shipped to its buyer.
I don't know where NIGERIANS living in Nigeria got that TEAR RUBBER slang from?
Same as no car is ZERO MILEAGE.
Dey must be test driven for months in d US b4 shipping so as to avert factory failures/Law suits.
